What if I'm not happy with the candidate?
Every hire comes with a 10-day risk-free trial - if the fit isn't right, you don't pay, and we source a replacement at no cost. And if later during the engagement you decide to replace a team member for any reason, we handle the entire process for you - offboarding, sourcing, and onboarding the new hire.
Are these full-time employees or freelancers?
They are full-time employees of A.O Team LTD, working from our supervised office in Pakistan. You get the commitment and accountability of a full-time team member - without dealing with international payroll, contracts, or HR. We handle all of it.
What time zones can the team cover?
Our team is flexible and routinely covers EST, CST, PST, GMT, CET, and IST overlap. During the job post you specify the working hours and time-zone overlap you need, and we shortlist only candidates who can commit to those hours long-term.

How does pricing and billing work?
You pay a single monthly rate per hire that covers salary, overhead, equipment, supervision, and HR. Rates vary by role and seniority - see the example placements above for the typical range. No setup fees, no recruitment fees, no hidden costs. You only pay after the 10-day trial confirms the fit.
What's the minimum commitment?
After the 10-day trial there is no long-term lock-in. You can scale up, scale down, or end the engagement with 30 days notice. Most clients stay with the same team member for 12+ months because we hire for long-term fit, not gig work.
